Rachel Jasinski

Rachel Jasinski graduated magna cum laude with a degree in political science from the State University of New York at Fredonia in 2004. She obtained her juris doctor and graduated cum laude from American University’s Washington College of Law in May, 2009.

Prior to law school, Ms. Jasinski worked as a paralegal for a general practice law firm in the Buffalo, New York area. At the Washington College of Law, Ms. Jasinski worked as a student attorney for the Civil Practice Clinic. Her work included handling litigation, family law matters, and social security claims.

Ms. Jasinski joined the firm in October of 2008 as a law clerk. She is a member of the Virginia State Bar and will sit for the New York State Bar exam in February of 2010.

Bryan Coffey

Bryan Coffey graduated cum laude from the University of New Hampshire in 1995 with a dual Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and International Affairs. He earned his Juris Doctor and graduated cum laude from American University Washington College of Law in 1999.

While in law school, Bryan was a two-time member of WCL’s Philip C. Jessup Moot Court Competition team. After law school Bryan worked as a consultant representing corporate clients in complex environmental insurance coverage disputes. He has also taught trial techniques and coached the mock trial team at Westminster College in Salt Lake City.

Bryan is admitted to the bar in Maryland and Utah. He has also achieved the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation from the Insurance Institute of America. He joined Whittaker & Associates in 2010 where he focuses on construction and collection law.
